Camp Location

This camp was located in the cloisters and boarding school of the Klooster Bangkong (Bangkong Convent) in the east of Semarang on the street, Bangkong. This compound is listed on the city map of Semarang in the Steden­atlas van Neder­lands-Indië (City Atlas of the Netherlands East Indies - number 99). A camp for women and children was first housed here, followed by a camp for boys and (old) men.
